As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their experiences start off memorably. Your role is essential in making transactions seamless, providing exceptional local insights, and anticipating every guest’s request to create a welcoming atmosphere. Your day-to-day tasks will include acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members, managing guest bookings, and ensuring swift check-in and check-out processes. You will serve as a trusted contact for guests, assisting with bill issues and offering restaurant recommendations.

Responsibilities
• Kick off memorable guest experiences with warm welcomes
• Acknowledge and assist IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests
• Manage and process guest bookings and payments
• Ensure a swift and seamless check-in and check-out process
• Anticipate guests’ needs and provide tailored recommendations
• Serve as a trusted contact for guests, addressing concerns and inquiries
Qualifications
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality
• Proven ability to handle guest issues and turn them into positive experiences
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Education Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• An associate’s degree in hospitality or related field is preferred

Experience Requirements
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is a plus
• Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred
