Job Description: Front End Designer
Front-end web designers will be responsible for the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with a digital tool. Below mentioned are the indicative responsibilities and required skill sets, which may change as per the requirement of client -
Responsibilities
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups.
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy
• Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces.
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
• Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
Required Skills
• Education - Minimum BE/ B. tech/BCA/BFA/B. Arch/B. Design/PG diploma in Web Design
• 7+ years of experience as a designer (UI UX)
• Experience as a UI/UX Designer creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
• Hands on with UI UX and good experience in front end designing
• Proficient in prototyping tools such as Figma/Sketch/ InVision etc
• Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills
• Strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
• Experience in developing interactive UI designs for Android, iOS, Desktop etc
• Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
• Experience in working on E-Governance projects/ CCTNS application will be preferable
Experience in working with Police/Law enforcement agencies will be preferable
