Job Title: Full Stack Developer (ReactJS/NodeJS/Python)

What You’ll Do: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in front-end technologies and backend development using modern frameworks and tools. You will work on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, RESTful APIs, and microservices in a dynamic Agile environment.
What You Need to Bring:
Education and Experience Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Typically 5–7 years of relevant software development experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong Front-end development experience with clean, modular, and maintainable coding practices.
Proficient in ReactJS, NodeJS, NgRx, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) / design patterns.
Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, and familiarity with microservices-based architecture.
Good hands-on experience with Python for backend or scripting purposes.
Solid experience working with databases like PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or NoSQL alternatives.
Proficient in RESTful API design and development, including tools like Swagger and Postman.
Experience with JSON, XML, and related web service technologies.
Strong understanding and practice of TDD (Test-Driven Development) and Unit Testing.
Experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
In-depth knowledge of how the web works – HTTP protocols, caching, rendering performance, etc.
Excellent problem-solving, software troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments is essential.
Good to Have / Added Advantage:
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and their services.
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes or containerized application development and orchestration.
Exposure to single-page applications (SPA) using Backbone.js, Angular, or similar templating libraries.
