Primary purpose of the role:
We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer who excels in building high-quality, performant, and visually polished web interfaces. The role involves translating designs into clean, semantic, and responsive HTML/CSS/JS, creating advanced animations (GSAP preferred), and collaborating closely with backend developers to deliver seamless, production-ready experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend best practices.
Build smooth, high-performance web animations and interactions, preferably using GSAP.
Work with React to build dynamic components and enhance UI functionality.
Convert Figma/PSD designs into high-quality front-end code; ability to create or refine UI designs.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across modern devices.
Optimize CSS/JavaScript for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Manipulate the DOM efficiently and work confidently with AJAX, JSON, and jQuery when required.
Modify or extend JavaScript libraries/framework components based on project needs.
Use and understand tools/utilities like HTML5 Boilerplate, Modernizr, Firebug/DevTools, JSLint, minifiers, etc.
Maintain extensive knowledge of web typography, including usage of Google Fonts, Typekit, FontDeck, and other third-party services.
Stay current with emerging frontend technologies, animation trends, UI/UX practices, and design systems.
Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, copywriters, illustrators, marketers, and other creative stakeholders.
Manage time effectively and deliver high-quality output within project deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Expert-level HTML5, CSS3 (including Flexbox, Grid), and JavaScript ES6+
Strong experience with GSAP and building advanced UI animations.
Solid understanding of React, component-based development, and frontend architecture.
Strong design sense and ability to work effectively with Figma (bonus if able to design UI screens when needed).
Proficiency in debugging tools, browser dev tools, and performance optimization techniques.
Experience with cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
Understanding of frontend build processes and tools (Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and willingness to share ideas and collaborate.
Bonus Skills
Experience with SVG animations, Lottie, or WebGL libraries like Three js.
Familiarity with UI design principles, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to contribute to or create design prototypes in Figma.
