Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the full stack of the company’s web applications, from the front-end user interface to the back-end database and server. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology and a strong understanding of web development principles.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain code integrity and organization.
• Experience working with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements
• Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers.
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Implementation of security and data protection.
• Solve complex performance problems.
• Integration of MySQL and No-SQL data storage solutions.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery),
• Knowledge of any multiple back-end languages (e.g. PHP, Java, Python)
• Proficient experience using advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as Angular ++, ReactJS.
• Development of new UI features and components in our existing web application.
• Ability to resolve cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jade, EJS, etc.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform.
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
Functional Skills
• Good communication skills, both oral and written with all levels of an organization.
• Ability to work with processes established to retain critical knowledge and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Initiative and the ability to work in a self-directed fashion with the startup.
• Ability to anticipate potential problems, and determine and implement solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• A high degree of attention to quality, detail, and deadlines
