Backed by leaders from Harvard Management, Salesforce India, and the European Cricket League, Fulltrack AI is scaling rapidly. In July 2026, we launched in India and became the #1 sports app in the country, crossing 1 million downloads in just two weeks.
We’re now expanding our mobile engineering team to support and accelerate this momentum.
The Role
We are hiring a Frontend Developer with React Native expertise and strong, production-level experience in both Android and iOS native development. This is not a web-to-mobile wrapper role — you’ll be building features that go deep into the capabilities of each platform, especially around video functionality, device-specific optimization, and performance tuning.
You’ll work closely with design, product, and backend teams to build smooth, responsive mobile experiences used by elite athletes, analysts, and fans around the world.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain React Native applications used across Android and iOS platforms
• Write and maintain native Android (Kotlin/NDK) and iOS (Swift) modules where necessary
• Build high-performance features with native video playback, capture, and processing
• Optimize for real-world performance across diverse mobile hardware
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
• Ensure feature parity and consistency across Android and iOS
• Stay on top of mobile platform capabilities and trends, integrating where relevant
Must-Have Skills
• React Native: Proven experience building and shipping apps in production
• Android: Strong command of Kotlin, with experience in video handling and the Android NDK
• iOS: Proficiency in Swift, with experience handling native video workflows
• Deep understanding of mobile video codecs, media playback, and performance optimization
• Experience bridging between React Native and native components (Android and iOS)
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Skills
• Experience with C++ for performance-critical components
• Familiarity with augmented reality frameworks (e.g. ARKit, ARCore, RealityKit, ViroCore)
• Experience working in sports, gaming, or media apps
