Technical Leadership: The successful candidate will lead the front-end engineering team, guiding them in the development of large-scale web applications using React, HTML, CSS, and CMS/UI technologies.
Experience Requirements: A strong background in front-end engineering and product development is essential, with at least 8 years of experience in building/working with complex client-facing web applications.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience in building large and complex client-facing web applications using React, HTML, CSS, and CMS/UI technologies.
Good to have strong Java/J2EE experience, along with knowledge of injection frameworks like Spring and Spring Boot.
Customer data and models experience for creating dynamic content personalization experiences.
Web services experience with REST or SOAP.
Database design skills for data storage and processing.
Maintenance of legacy code written by other developers, including bug fixes.
Backend services development using Java, Spring boot, MVC framework.
Cloud technologies experience, preferably AWS.
Wordpress/content management systems experience.
