Brief Description
We are seeking a talented Lead Front End Software Engineer to help build the next-generation Security Analytics product Context XDR.
Working with a team of engineers and architects, you will be responsible for prototyping, designing, and developing the user interface of a highly scalable SaaS-based Security Analytics product.
Responsibilities
• You will be designing and developing the User Interface for Context XDR Products in the cloud from the ground up.
• Produce high-quality software following good architecture and design principles that you and your team will find easy to work with in the future.
• Researching and implementation for code design, adoption of new technologies and skills.
Qualifications
• Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate in Computer Science or equivalent
• 4+ years of front-end development experience.
• Expert in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Must have a good understanding of the browser DOM.
• Expert in lexical scoping, closures, and OO JavaScript.
• Proficient in native JavaScript and have hands-on one or more frameworks such as jQuery, Ext JS, Backbone.js, ReactJS, etc.
• Familiar with ES6 features.
• Proficient with debugging and testing tools to troubleshoot and optimize the UI.
• Understanding of front-end security best practices and XSS, CSRF, etc.
• Understanding of Restful principles
• Familiar with modern tools like package managers, build tools, code versioning etc.
• Focus on building reusable abstract components.
• Ability to bring Photoshop designs to life with near pixel-perfect accuracy.
• Understanding of responsive design
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms
• A self-motivated, go-getter, with a passion for learning, and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of security devices, and networking is a big plus.
Extra Considerations
• Experience managing and enhancing CI/CD pipeline software/tools, such as Jenkins.
• Experience with Docker.
• Experience with Amazon AWS, EC2, or similar elastic cloud environments.
• Open-source project contributions, especially in Go.
• You’ve designed, developed and deployed micro-services on Big Data platform.
