Our role for Front of House Manager is a rewarding role which will require you to lead your crew members and support them in providing exceptional guest service and value for money. You will lead teams, through providing clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create feel-good customer experiences through every interaction. Our Front of House Manager plays a crucial part in maintaining the store and contributing to the continuous improvement of the business.

Chargrill Charlie’s Front of House Managers are reliable, determined and responsible. Prior leadership team experience is required for this role, as you’ll need to be able to lead and delegate tasks to others, whilst also being empathetic with regards to guest complaints and other requirements. An understanding of the hospitality industry along with a proficiency in Microsoft Office will both prove highly helpful in this role.
