We’re opening a new neighbourhood restaurant in Brunswick this August and we’re looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to help lead the team.
Beautiful Jim Key is the new project from Josh Murphy (Harley & Rose, Builders Arms, Moon Under Water, Cumulus Inc) and partner Priyam Chovhan. Opening in Jewell Station Village, we’re building a space that feels playful, grounded and welcoming; where you can visit twice a week and always feel looked after.
We’re starting with breakfast and lunch service, with a thoughtful menu of classics, considered wine and cocktails, and a laid-back, light-filled dining room. Dinner will follow in time, and we’ll also be expanding into the street's newly landscaped outdoor space in early Spring.
What we’re looking for:
A calm, capable leader with a genuine and thoughtful approach to hospitality
Someone who can build relationships and loyalty with our guests
Someone who leads by example and brings energy, detail and warmth to the floor
Maintain high service standards and create a supportive team culture
Confident managing busy service, team training, reservations and daily operations
Previous experience in a similar role and similar venue
Wine and cocktail knowledge
