What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire our front of house team (servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders) to deliver outstanding customer service.
Oversee daily operations of the dining room and bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Manage guest interactions, resolve any concerns, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist with training, coaching, and scheduling front of house staff.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
Monitor and manage inventory related to front of house operations.
Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen management team to ensure seamless operations.
Contribute to achieving restaurant sales and profitability goals.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in a front of house supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating positive guest experiences.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
Pro Serve and Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain).
What We Offer:
Competitive Starting Wage: $43,680 - $59,800 Annually. (this includes gratuities)
