Join The Team At Melrose Restaurant & Rooftop Bar - Bulimba Melrose is a modern Pan-Asian cuisine known for its relaxed sophistication, warm hospitality and memorable food that celebrates the seasons! We're currently on the look out for a reliable Casual Chef to join our kitchen brigade and Front of House Manager to lead our incredible family team. If you're passionate about hospitality, love creating memorable guest experiences and producing amazing dishes, this will be the perfect venue for you! Front of House Management position we're looking for: Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience Ability to lead and inspire a small front of house team Ability to manage bookings, floor plans and daily operations Knowledge of wine and food pairing RSA and full working rights in Australia If interested please send your resume and necessary qualifications to [email protected]
