Carmel Global are a forward-thinking, international fashion supplier who are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated individual to join their team in managing Front of House for their UK office.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about fashion and seeking a career in which they can develop and grow. You will be immersed the ever changing, fast paced environment that is the fashion industry and have the opportunity to learn industry trends as well as gain a deeper understanding of the entire fashion lifecycle.
Responsibilities for the role include:
• Managing all incoming and outgoing post on a daily basis
• Screening and redirecting incoming phone calls to the relevant person
• West-end garment sample drops on a weekly basis
• Ensuring show rooms are always kept presentable
• Managing the diary and preparing for upcoming meetings with catering / any other requirements
• Managing stock and ensuring we keep track by performing weekly stock check
• Director and multi-team support where needed
The ideal candidate will possess a can-do attitude and be happy to support where needed across the business. Previous Front of House experience is preferred, however not essential – attitude and work ethic are key components we look for in candidates over experience. The role will be varied and there may be times when you are required to support sales and design teams with ad-hoc tasks. We are seeking a motivated, organized individual who will have the ability to hit the ground running and use initiative to take ownership of Front of House for the business.
