At 400 Gradi, we are passionate about delivering an authentic Italian dining experience, specialising in world-famous Neapolitan pizza, classic Italian cocktails, and warm, vibrant hospitality. We are currently seeking an experienced and versatile Bartender/All Rounder who is confident behind the bar and comfortable supporting the floor when needed. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-energy, award-winning venue alongside a passionate and supportive team.
Position Overview:
As a Bartender, you'll be crafting classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair while engaging with guests to create a lively, welcoming atmosphere. You'll also jump on the floor as required to assist with table service, support your teammates, and ensure every guest leaves happy.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and beverages with consistency and care
Engage with guests at the bar, providing attentive and knowledgeable service
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
Support the floor team during peak periods with table service and guest interactions
Follow responsible service of ******* (RSA) guidelines at all times
Ensure high standards of presentation, service, and hygiene
Assist with stock rotation and restocking during and after service
What We’re Looking For:
Proven bar experience in a fast-paced hospitality venue
Strong cocktail knowledge and confidence in drink preparation
Friendly, engaging personality with a team-first attitude
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
RSA certification (required)
