Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.

Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.

Serve food and beverages to customers while maintaining high standards of presentation.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.

Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.

Experience in catering or serving roles is highly desirable.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
