They transcend their resting disposition to transform into beautiful settings for events so your guests experience the original Glasshaus style. Our expert team will work with you to seamlessly bring together all elements of your event from catering to floral and plant styling.
As FOH Staff, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences during events. You will be the point of contact for guests on event days and help ensure the venue operates smoothly, professionally, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service
Manage guest experience, guest flow, and overall venue presentation
Handle guest enquiries on event days in a friendly and professional manner
Ensure FOH areas meet venue presentation and cleanliness standards
Running food and beverages from service areas to event spaces
Clearing tables, resetting areas, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event
Assisting bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow
About You
Minimum 6 months’ experience in hospitality service roles, including waiter/waitress, food runner, or function and dining service.
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for working events
Able to work across multiple venues as required
Well-presented, organised, and reliable
Comfortable working in fast-paced event environments
