Job Description
We are looking for front of house staff who can provide excellent customer service and support smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting customers and providing warm, friendly service
Seating guests and managing table flow
Taking orders and serving drinks/dishes
Handling the POS system and processing payments
Ensuring plates on the sushi train are stocked and presented correctly
Maintaining cleanliness of the dining area and service stations
Communicating efficiently with the kitchen and sushi chefs
Supporting overall restaurant operations during busy periods
Requirements
Previous hospitality or customer service experience (sushi train experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
Availability on weekends is highly preferred
Valid working rights in Australia (WHV, student, PR, or citizen)
Basic Japanese language understanding is a bonus but not required
