Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Interaction:
Warmly greet guests upon arrival and thank them upon departure.
Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements (Host/Hostess duty).
Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system (Server/Bartender duty).
Serve food and drinks promptly, following all service standards.
Answer guest inquiries regarding menu items, ingredients, and the establishment.
Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Operations & Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized dining area, service stations, and restrooms.
Set, clear, and re-set tables efficiently throughout the shift (Busser/Runner duty).
Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies, preparing the dining room, and light cleaning.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and process payments.
