Job Overview
We are seeking friendly, attentive, and organized Front of House Staff (Servers and Bartenders) to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and hospitality, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient operations. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements efficiently
Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties with attention to detail and accuracy
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
Assist with food and beverage service, including upselling menu items when appropriate
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally to enhance guest satisfaction
Support food preparation and kitchen staff as needed, adhering to proper food handling procedures
Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area, including dining space, counters, and service stations
Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Experience
Prior experience in Upscale casual or restaurant environment preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
Experience in serving, cashiering, or hospitality roles is highly desirable
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high-quality guest service
Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is a plus but not required
