The Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Front of House Team Member to join our team. This hybrid role combines customer service, cashiering, and light food prep. You’ll be the face of our cafeteria service—greeting guests, serving food, running the till, and helping with basic back-of-house tasks during slower periods.
Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers with a positive, professional attitude
Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently
Set up and maintain food stations, beverage areas, and service counters
Replenish food and supplies during service
Assist with light prep work such as portioning, packaging, or basic food handling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the FOH area
Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
Support team members during peak periods and transitions
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service, cafeteria, or catering environments preferred
Valid Food Handler Certification (required)
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Punctual, dependable, and proactive
