Front of House/Reception West End
£30,000 - £40,000 + bonus and excellent benefits

A boutique West End firm is looking for a confident and motivated individual to run their front of house in their beautiful new offices.
You’ll be joining a hard-working, friendly and supportive team.
This is an in office role, Monday – Friday.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
• Greeting and engaging with clients front of house
• Answering calls and directing to colleagues
• Coordinating a busy schedule of meeting room bookings
• Ensuring meeting rooms are well presented and assisting with AV
• Managing post and booking couriers and taxis
• Ordering lunches when required for meetings
• Providing back up support to EAs, such as processing expenses
• Helping prepare marketing materials
• Helping to organise team and client events
• Assisting with ad-hoc requests with enthusiasm!
The skills you need to bring:
• Some experience of working in a professional environment, interacting with customers
• A passion for providing the best possible service and support
• Organised, methodical, and able to keep calm while juggling multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong proficiency in MS Office
• Eagerness to learn from experienced team members
• Flexible with ability to use own initiative
