Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to help with the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our team, maintain office efficiency, and ensure day-to-day tasks are completed accurately and timely.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Prepare and distribute documents, reports, memos, and correspondence.
Assist with data entry and maintaining records/databases.
Help with basic bookkeeping and invoice processing (if required).
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure office equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Professional and friendly demeanor.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
