Urgently hring immediate joiner Front Office & Administration executive for a Business and Financial Advisory company.

Our client is a leading provider of professional corporate solutions for businesses with a regional presence across Singapore, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Vietnam.

They specialize in a full range of professional services for companies planning to establish a hub or headquarters in Asia, including incorporation, corporate secretarial & compliance, share registry, accounting, taxation, human resources, corporate recovery, and other business advisory services.

Job Discription

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a professional and effective day to day office management, including but not limited to front office and office administration.
The candidate will be pivotal in supporting HR, admin, and office management functions.
Being the main point of contact for the building Reception, including requesting all visitor passes.
Staffing the Reception desk duties - ensuring all calls are dealt with professionally and clearly and welcoming all visitors to the company

Providing support to the Senior Management Team, including diary management, travel arrangements, completion of expenses and catering requests.
Booking, setting up and clearing meeting rooms for both internal and external meetings.
Processing all incoming and outgoing post, scheduling couriers when required.
Assisting with organising company events.
Providing administrative support for the HR team.
Ordering and monitoring office supplies
Skills Required

Good use of initiative and problem-solving skills.
Keen to learn, develop and progress.
Good time keeping skills.
Strong experience in Microsoft Office software.
Strong and confident written and verbal communicator.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively on own initiative.
High level of English.
Experience of office management.
Good communication Skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
