Job Description
The Front Office Executive plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our guests and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, checking guests in and out, managing reservations, answering phone calls and emails, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and providing information about resort amenities, activities and experiences.
Skills Required:
1> Knowledge of how to use Hotel Property Management Software - WinHms, WinCloud.
2> Excellent Communication skills, Computer skills, and Administrative skills
3> Friendly demeanor and the ability to multitask effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
