We are looking for a professional Front Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, ensuring a welcoming environment and providing excellent customer service to our clients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage the front desk, answer and direct phone calls, and handle general inquiries.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Provide support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven work experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Professional appearance and attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
