The role involves managing Corporate Hospitality, Travel Management & Office Floor Management Services, ensuring effective communication, delivering exceptional customer service, and overseeing travel management operations. Furthermore, The Front Office Executive- Corporate Hospitality, Travel Management & Office Floor Management Services at Techno India Group Corporate Offices in Kolkata will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient hospitality experience for corporate visitors, managing comprehensive travel arrangements for employees and executives, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of office floor management. This role entails coordinating with external vendors for travel and accommodation, organizing corporate events and meetings, ensuring the office environment is well-maintained, and providing administrative support as needed. The executive will collaborate with various departments to address hospitality needs, manage travel budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Key Performance Areas (KPAs): 1. Corporate Hospitality Management: KRA: Ensure excellent hospitality services for corporate visitors. KPA: Visitor satisfaction ratings, timely organization of events, and positive feedback from stakeholders. 2. Travel Management: KRA: Efficient and cost-effective travel arrangements. KPA: Adherence to travel budgets, timely booking and coordination, and minimal travel disruptions. 3. Office Floor Management: KRA: Maintain a well-organized and functional office environment. KPA: Cleanliness and maintenance standards, timely resolution of facility issues, and employee satisfaction. 4. Vendor Coordination: KRA: Manage relationships with travel, hospitality, and maintenance vendors. KPA: Quality of service provided by vendors, cost savings, and contract compliance. 5. Administrative Support: KRA: Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments. KPA: Efficiency in handling administrative tasks, promptness in responding to requests, and accuracy in documentation.
