Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Proven experience as a Front Office Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
