Roles and Responsibilities • Complete all check-ins/outs in an efficient and timely manner. • To have a complete knowledge on the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets, spa, health club and be able to answer to all such guest related queries. • Ensuring compliance to brand standards. • Strive to anticipate guests needs and resolve guest problems. • Maintain guest satisfaction and ensure repeat business through personalised efficient service. Is responsible that all customers leave satisfied. • Monitor the daily arrivals while ensuring that all requests are carried out wherever possible and all realistic expectations are met and ensure all reservations are honoured.
