Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Commi 1 at Nexstay Hotels & Resorts located in Kochi. As a Commi 1, your day-to-day tasks will include food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, communication with team members, cooking, and utilizing culinary skills to create high-quality dishes.
Qualifications
• Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Knowledge of hygiene standards in food preparation
• Excellent communication skills
• Culinary skills in creating a variety of dishes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Certification or diploma in culinary arts or related field is a plus
