Position – Front Office Associate
Location – Indore
Roles & Responsibilities
• Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
• Assist guests with luggage and other requests.
• Maintain a clean and tidy front desk area.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Performs all duties at the Front Desk as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality Industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software.
• Flexibility to work shifts.
