Job Summary:
We're looking for a friendly, efficient, and organized Front Office Associate to manage the front desk operations, provide exceptional guest service, and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and guest services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails and messages.
- Perform tasks related to concierge services, tour bookings, and local information.
- Maintain high levels of productivity, efficiency, and professionalism.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in front office operations or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, property management systems (PMS), and other software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Fluency in English, Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred.
