NRMA Treasure Island Holiday resort is a holiday oasis, with modern self-contained accommodation and set amidst a multitude of family friendly facilities! We have year round kids activities, resort style pools, waterpark and our very own onsite bistro.

What you’ll do:

You will ensure the highest possible standards in Front Office Guest Services. You will wow our guests with your welcoming smile, bubbly personality and ability to think outside the box. You will ensure that guests are welcomed warmly and are efficiently checked-in and checked-out. You will also be responsible for any incoming phone calls to the property and delight with your familiarity of all accommodation offerings and services. This Part Time position offers a minimum of at least 18 hours per week, with the opportunity to ramp up hours during, holidays and busy periods.

Reception/Front Office/Admin/Sales Agent experience preferred - hospitality industry will be highly regarded

Available to work shifts over a 7 days rotating roster
