We are seeking a highly organised Front Office Coordinator to provide essential support and create a welcoming environment for visitors and employees at our Briton Ferry, Neath facility.
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience and excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Key responsibilities include:
• Ensuring calls are transferred to the right department
• Signing in visitors/contractors, printing badges using VMS
• Sorting incoming mail, sending out packages, arranging couriers (mainly DHL)
• Organising travel for UK employees
• Helping with invoice tracking for payment processing
• Assisting with various office tasks, including using the franking machine for outgoing post
