Job Summary
Urgent requirements for Front Office cum Admin Executive in our branch office in Kalkaji.
Please note this position is open for FEMALES only.
Only candidates who can join us within 7 days should apply.
The office is temporarily in Kalkaji and will be soon shifting to South Court Mall, Saket.
Total 6 days working including Saturday & Sunday. One weekly off will be fixed for the candidate from Tuesday - Thursday.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Manage day to day Admin related activities.
2. Attending the incoming calls and passing on the required information to the concerned.
3. Booking & Confirming the appointments.
4. Taking feedback from the clients post the appointments.
5. Maintaining a regular database of the clients and keeping in touch with them regularly.
6. Cold Calling is also involved.
7. Handle online chats & emails.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
1. Minimum Graduate
2. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and other Office Tools.
3. Well versed with Google search.
4. Proficiency in handling EPABX Systems.
5. Proficiency in writing emails.
6. Working Days: 6 days a week inclusive of Saturday & Sunday. One weekly off..
7.Working Hours: +.30 am to 6.30 pm.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 to ₹28,000.00 /month
