Front Office Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage front desk operations including handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Provide information and assistance to clients, customers, and staff.
Administrative Duties:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support HR and finance departments with basic clerical tasks (e.g., documentation, attendance tracking, record keeping).
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Monitor office equipment and ensure regular maintenance or repair when needed.
General Support:
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and training sessions.
Maintain records of employee attendance and leaves in coordination with HR.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures across administrative function

Pay: ₹8,641.02 - ₹31,365.0+ per month
