We are hiring Front Office cum Admin at Andheri for a jewelery company.

Location - Andheri, Mumbai
Experience - 2 to 7 years

Job Responsibility

1. Greeting and Welcoming Visitors

2. Answering and directing phone calls

3. Managing appointments and schedules of TOP MGMT

4. Handling mails and deliveries

5. Maintaining the reception area

6. Coordinating for meetings and events

7. Providing general administrative support like id card and gate pass requisitions etc

8. Handling invoices & Vendor MGMT

9. Support to HR department

10.Maintaing MIS , reports and Administrating records

11. Coordinating & dealing with contractors for Housekeeping and Pantry services , tracking their attendance and invoices .
