Position Title: Front Office cum Academic Counsellor (Full Time)
Purpose: To provide guidance, support to parent’s admission queries, students and managing administrative tasks
Responsibilities
To provide guidance and support to parent’s different type of queriesTo record, track and manage student’s admissionTo assist parents and teachers to understand the school policies and proceduresTo collaborate with teachers for effectively running the classes by providing administrative supportTo effectively communicate with school administrators and educatorsTo actively participate in organising school related events and programsTo remain vigilant with the CBSE portal related to new policies, circulars, orders for providing support to school educatorsTo manage data related to parent’s admission queries and other administrative tasks

Ability to work in Computers (MS Office) & InternetOutstanding Counseling skillsCollaborate with internal as well as external stakeholders with great interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast paced growing organisationAdaptable, flexible and fast learnerSelf-motivated, High Integrity, Independent & Out of BOX thinker
Educational Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience
+2 years of Front Office/Academic Counseling experiencePreference to experience in Education (Schools) industry
Location : MADE EASY School, Bandhwari, Near Sector - 58 & 5+, Gurugram, Haryana 122102.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
