Duties & Responsibilities-
Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
Back office executives provide administrative and managerial support for the staff working in the front office of a company.
They perform key administrative duties as well as research, data analysis, and accounting functions.
Key Skill-
Previous work experience as an Office Executive.
Excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
Ability to work as part of a team.
High-level written and verbal communication skills.
Education – Graduate in any Discipline
Relevant Experience - Minimum 1year to 2year of Exp.
Salary up to 10,000/- to 12,000/- as per Experience
