Job Description
Experience of dealing and processing Bullion Transactions. viz sales and procurement - Building relationship with Supplier/Bank for Procurement - Calculation of Daily MTM - Knowledge of all guidelines governing Bullion/ Commodity exchange products - Expertise with the accounting schema of all Bullion Products - Ensures that all transactions are processed as per agreed SLAs and approved procedures and guidelines. - Ensures nil operational losses/ revenue leakages. - Accepts responsibility and accountability for the execution of all operational processes. - Ensures timely review & renewal that all process notes, flowcharts, checklist, etc that is referred to by the unit - Reports to the business head on any changes in the process followed or deviation from the standard process & if need be make relevant changes & obtain approvals - Create and circulate metal rate on a daily basis by checking prevailing Gold USD and USD INR rates. And updating the same in a software i.e. Axapta - Taking care of necessary activities done at the time of closures of Security i.e. Fixed Deposit, BG given to banks and brokers - Plans & conduct periodic meetings with stakeholders & ensure corrective & preventive actions are in place based on the feedback - Ensures tracking of open items related to the department and their logical closures - Ensures proper due diligence of new products & processes and every inherent risk is documented with mitigants are put in place. - Well versed with all prevalent RBI guidelines on bullion products along with Knowledge and understanding of Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), customs regulations, GST, and related taxation - Calculation of Exposure by capturing day to day trades, Sales-Purchase transactions, Metal Gold loan details, prefixing details and B2B transactions. - Experience of dealing and processing Bullion Transactions. viz sales and procurement - Building relationship with Supplier/Bank for Procurement - Calculation of Daily MTM - Knowledge of all guidelines governing Bullion/ Commodity exchange products - Well versed with all prevalent RBI guidelines on bullion products along with Knowledge and understanding of Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), customs regulations, GST, and related taxation - Calculation of Exposure by capturing day to day trades, Sales-Purchase transactions, Metal Gold loan details, prefixing details and B2B transactions.
