Job Description
The Front Office Executive ensures guest satisfaction by providing a warm welcome, efficient check-in/check-out services, and personalized attention throughout their stay. This position requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to effectively address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service:
• Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Assist guests with room assignments, luggage handling, and other requests.
• Provide information about the resort, local attractions, and activities.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests.
Reservations:
• Handle guest reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain accurate reservation records.
• Assist with room allocations and maximize occupancy rates.
• Guest Relations:
• Proactively identify and address guest needs and concerns.
• Go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction and create memorable experiences.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Assist in resolving guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
Administrative Tasks:
• Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with inventory control and other administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant hotel policies and procedures.
• Teamwork:
• Work effectively as part of a team and assist other departments as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or guest relations role in a hotel or resort environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency in using hotel property management systems (PMS).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
