Roles & Responsibilities
Greeting and seating guests
Handling guest inquiries and complaints
Resolving customer issues and escalating as necessary
Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards guests
Promoting restaurant events and specials
Assisting with customer service training for staff
Providing feedback to management on customer satisfaction
Maintaining customer data and guest history
Upselling menu items and specials
Managing reservations and waitlists.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field
Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer.
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
A customer-oriented and professional attitude.
An outgoing personality.
Outstanding communication abilities
Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
Work Schedule
Week Off: Any day between Monday to Friday.
Morning shift: 10:30 am - 7:30 pm
Second Shift: 1:00 pm - 10: 00 pm
Salary
INR 18,000 to INR 30,000
In addition to the salary, the company offers meals and service charge commission
