1. Receiving the guests
2. Connect the visitors accordingly:
Parents and other visitors regarding academics to be directed to Executive
Assistant and on need basis to the Principal.
Vendors regarding housekeeping, transport and other service providers
should be directed to the Admin Officer.
Visitors from banks,, insurance, vendors, parents for payment should be
directed to the Finance department.
Visitors regarding job enquiry and training agencies, consultants,
ex- QMIS staff should be directed to the HR department.
3. Intra/ Inter communications over telephone / intercom
4. Register Maintenance
5. Handling the Phone Calls
6. Ensure Front Office arrangement as instructed – proper lighting, furniture
7. To avoid visitors / parents entering beyond the atrium area without proper
permission.
8. To perform other related activities.

cleanliness of the front office area(with the support of the House Keeping team).
