Department- Admin
Key Responsibilities:
· Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
· Managing the reception area, including answering incoming calls, redirecting calls to appropriate individuals, and taking accurate messages.
· Maintaining a clean and organized reception area to create a positive impression for visitors.
· Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
· Providing information and assistance to visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
· Responding to inquiries and providing accurate information about the company.
· Assisting in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
· Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and guests when necessary.
· Assisting in the coordination of office maintenance and repairs, as well as liaising with vendors.
· Assisting the HR Division in interview coordination & joining formalities.
· Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with utmost professionalism.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Any Graduate & Any Post Graduate.
· Proven work experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role.
· Proficient in operating telephone systems, multi-line phone systems, and office equipment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Ability to handle stressful situations and work well under pressure.
· Proficient in using computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Professional appearance and a courteous attitude.
Experience: min. 6 months to 1yr relevant exp in handling front office.
