-Implement strategies to drive room bookings and achieve sales targets, with a focus on enhancing guest experience.
-Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and anticipate their needs.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role in the hospitality industry.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
-Proficient in using property management systems and basic computer applications.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
