1. Keeping an eye & idea of people coming & going
2. Guest Handling:
• Once someone come to office & connect with the right person via telephone & call
them on reception to meet
• Guest of Finance, HR or the Directors & connect over call & basis on the revert send
them to respective room
• Interview & Connect with HR & guide them properly for the interview room.
3. You must be master of all the miscellaneous tasks coming along the way & manage them
well with right Logic.
4. Courier :
• Amazon deliveries (in-out) via Guard room
• Office courier via courier guy
5. Housekeeping
• Morning +-+.30 & take a round in all the floor & take note of points related to
housekeeping & inform the Supervisor over those pointers
2. House-keeping staff Dress & Hygiene
3. Training of the house-keeping staff
6. Reception Display screen :
• Keep it on & update in Sync with HR team
7. Logs & register :
• Challan: Everything that is going out of office need to go Via Challan & Challan Get
cancel once it comes back again
• Register : Maintain the required register given on reception
8. Reception Area & Table :
• Keep the reception table, Drawer, Wardrobe & area of reception sorted & clean.
• First Aid: to be kept at reception & to be always updated with the required material
