Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Executive to join our team at our Borivali office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and greet visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and timely manner.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
• Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and coordinate with the security team.
• Handle inquiries, provide information, and assist in directing clients or customers to the appropriate departments.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
• Maintain and update front desk files and records.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to work independently and manage a variety of tasks.
