Job Title: Front Office Executive (Female)

Experience Required: 0 to 3 Years

Qualification: Any Graduation

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (Based on experience and skills)

Job Type: Full-Time

Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only

Languages Required: Telugu, English, and Hindi

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and attend to walk-in visitors, students, and parents

Handle front desk operations – calls, inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups

Maintain student records and assist with administrative tasks

Coordinate with counsellors and faculty for smooth operations

Keep the reception area clean and presentable

Manage daily attendance and maintain registers/logs

Assist in student coordination and event support when required

Required Skills:

Pleasant personality with good communication skills

Fluent in Telugu, English & Hindi

Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)

Time management and multi-tasking ability

Prior front office/admin/customer handling experience is an advantage
