Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, managing and coordinating front office activities, providing excellent customer service, and handling customer complaints. The Front Office Executive will also be responsible for maintaining records, invoicing, and handling cash and credit card transactions.
Qualifications
• Interpersonal skills - ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and team members
• Receptionist duties - ability to manage and coordinate front office activities and manage email and phone communications
• Communication - ability to convey information clearly and effectively through written and verbal channels
• Customer service - ability to provide excellent customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Front office - proficiency in handling guest check-ins and checkouts, managing reservations, maintaining records, invoicing, and handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is desirabl
