Salary : Max 10 Lacs based on experience
Exp : Min 4 years
Job Responsibility:
• Plan and organize for the meetings rooms for various meetings
• Attending calls for the board line
• Plan and coordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to the clients
• Handling the inward and outward couriers of the office.
• Coordinate and supervise meetings for Partners
• Assist staff with language and culture
• Assist in any other duties when required by the Front Office Manager
• Assist with translations (information: guest directory; menus etc.) as required.
• Assist the HR in scheduling the interviews
• Ensuring the office premises to be kept up to date by coordinating with the house keeping staff.
• Assisting the team in any other work if required.
