Urgent requirement of a Female Front Office executive for our manufacturing unit in Ghaziabad. We are looking for someone who can take care of daily accounting needs and co-ordinate with the following KRAs

answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective offices
organising and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary
creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets
overseeing the sorting and distribution of incoming mails
preparing outgoing mail items such as envelopes or packages
operating office equipment such as photocopier and printers
recording meeting minutes and dictations
performing an inventory of office supplies and order of need
Store Incharge
Job Location: Ghaziabad
Urgent requirement of a female Store Incharge for our manufacturing unit in Ghaziabad. We are looking for someone who can take care of the stock and follow the stand up to these KRAs:

Managing the store inventory.
Keeping a record of restocking the store accordingly.
Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.
Must be organized and punctual.
Well-presented and professional.
Knowledge of computers is a must
